Constructed from durable ripstop nylon with water resistant reinforcement on areas that experience high wear, this jacket also features pockets to house essential cold weather items and pit zippers for access to gear underneath as well as ventilation. Additional features such as an adjustable waist, drawcord hem, elastic thumb loops and split construction for increased mobility and coverage make this jacket an ideal choice in challenging environments. The helmet compatible hood is constructed with a wire brim for secure coverage in cold weather operations. Designed to be layered over baselayer, midlayer and uniform tops as well as armor.
