Broad Arrow Tactical Shipping Policy
Shipping Destinations
Broad Arrow Tactical currently ships to eligible addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
Not all products are available for delivery to all locations. Certain products may be subject to geographic, legal, regulatory, export-control, supplier, contractual, carrier or other fulfilment restrictions.
The availability of a product for purchase does not necessarily mean that it can be shipped to every destination. Where an order contains a product that cannot be fulfilled to the nominated delivery address, Broad Arrow Tactical may contact the customer for further information, place the affected order or item on hold, or cancel and refund the affected item or order as appropriate.
Customers must not use freight-forwarding, parcel-forwarding or similar services to circumvent geographic, export, supply or other fulfilment restrictions.
Delivery Only
All online orders are supplied on a delivery-only basis. Customer collection or pickup is not available.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is completed, unless otherwise stated as part of a promotion or quotation.
International orders, including orders delivered to New Zealand, may be subject to additional taxes, duties, import charges or other government fees that is outside the price and shipping fee charged. NZ customers need to contact NZ custom to find out.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment and any required order, customer, destination, product or compliance checks have been completed.
Certain products or destinations may require additional verification, documentation, licences, permits or approvals before an order can be accepted or dispatched.
Processing times are separate from carrier delivery times.
Restricted and Controlled Products
Certain products may be subject to legal, regulatory, contractual, export-control, import-control or other supply restrictions, including restrictions arising under Australian or foreign laws and regulations.
Broad Arrow Tactical reserves the right to determine whether a product can be supplied to a particular customer or destination and may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to establish eligibility or comply with applicable requirements.
Where required, an order may be held pending verification or approval. If an item cannot lawfully or otherwise permissibly be supplied to the nominated destination, the affected item or order may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with applicable law.
Products subject to specific transport or delivery requirements may only be shipped using eligible delivery methods and to eligible recipients and destinations.
Delivery Times
Any dispatch or delivery timeframes displayed on our website or provided by a carrier are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs or border processing, regulatory requirements and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If you discover an error in your delivery details, contact Broad Arrow Tactical as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, contact us to arrange the appropriate next steps.
Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is requested, except where the failed delivery resulted from an error for which Broad Arrow Tactical is responsible or where otherwise required by law.
Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact Broad Arrow Tactical promptly with your order details.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
